What do you call it when a bunch of people who work together but may not know each other that well and probably don’t really like each other all that much get together just before Christmas and everyone drinks and everyone’s loud, and things get out of hand and people say things and do things in the heat of the moment that they regret for a whole year until it’s time to do it again?

They are all hideous, but perfectly appropriate for their provenance. If forced to pick, I’d go with Jim Reeves only because he had the audacity to call our attention to it by posing in a wreath.
