I’ve been having trouble adjusting to Daylight Savings Time going away. They said we’d gain an hour. We did. We gained an extra hour of darkness. My body doesn’t know when to wake up or when to fall asleep – although falling asleep is something I never discuss in front of my audience. So I tried a little night time music therapy to help me make it through the night.

It’s that time again. Time for ghost and goblins and ghouls; time for witches, curses, and the walking dead. And that means it’s time for my annual musical tribute to Congress. Whoops – wrong calendar! I mean it’s time for my annual Halloween Party.
