Saturday was World Mental Health Day. So, of course, I wanted to play two hours of positive, motivating, and encouraging songs. JUST KIDDING!! Doing that would have made me part of the solution, not part of the problem. That’s not the way I roll. In addition to some favorite songs about the questionable mental state of the world, I also played songs about several of the stressors indicating less than optimum mental health. Okay, yes, it was just another show about me.
