It’s that time again! Time for me to adjust my meds? Yes, but that’s not what I was going to say. It’s time to celebrate International Jazz Day again by giving American-born singers the night off, by featuring some of the best jazz singers from around the world, and by welcoming about a half-dozen special guests. (If you’re not there, we’ll talk about you.)
